We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 4 business days. If an item is temporarily unavailable, dispatch may require up to 7 additional days.

During peak periods, new product launches, public holidays, severe weather, public-health restrictions, customs review, or carrier disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer. After a parcel has been handed to the carrier, its route and transit timing are outside our direct control; we will provide tracking information when available.

We ship to many destinations worldwide, subject to local laws and product restrictions. Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries or regions.

Orders are dispatched from fulfillment facilities in the European Union or China, depending on the product configuration, destination, and stock availability. Standard delivery is usually 10-15 business days. Selected products available in our European fulfillment network may arrive in 3-7 business days. Please allow up to 20 business days during peak seasons or when customs or carrier delays occur.
