7-Day Return Policy

At Volo Vape, we are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days from the date you receive your product to request a return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging intact, and any tags attached. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

How to Begin a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, so please make sure to contact us first.

Reporting Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item first. After your return is processed and approved, you may place a separate order for the new item to ensure fast processing.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

For customers located within the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
